When our nation’s military officers are away from home for training of Thirty days or longer, their housing options are limited. They can stay in the BOQ on base (if there is availability), stay in the base motel (if it exists and there is availability), or stay out in town in a motel, hoping the motel has vacancies in its allotment of military per-diem rooms. Otherwise, they are forced to pay the difference in the increased nightly lodging rate out of their own pocket. Neither option provides for much privacy, stability, or that feeling and security of being in your own home. Unfortunately, the longer the training mission, the more these feelings increase. Our military officers give so much for us, they deserve better.

Recognizing the need to provide stable temporary lodging that affords the comforts and amenities of home, Off Base Military Housing offers fully furnished, high-end homes in upscale, military friendly neighborhoods, close to installations, for today’s Military officers. We furnish our houses with all the features one would expect in their own home. The majority of our houses have smart home automation systems, large flat screen entertainment systems with surround sound, X-Box, Play Station or the like, upgraded cable/satellite television with premium sports and movie packages, wireless internet with network printer/fax/scanner in each home, fully equipped luxury kitchens with plenty of storage, flat screen smart televisions and study desks in each over-sized private bedroom, if not an individual private bathroom, no more than two persons sharing a bathroom, regular maid service, outdoor grills and in some of our houses, an in-ground pool. Additionally, we offer free or deeply discounted gym & golf memberships to each military member for the duration of their stay.
We offer all the luxuries of home for the exact reimbursable Lodging Per Diem rate so there is no out of pocket lodging expense for each service member. We even direct bill the service member’s Government Travel Credit Card (GTCC) to further make their stay seamless and enjoyable.
